COLT AND A FEW TIPS TO HELP YOU

There are things you can do during the sexual encounter that will help you right away; and others you can do outside the encounter which will improve your condition in the long run.  For each tip, we will note:

P.S. Colt is quite efficient on its own to control your ejaculation and you won’t necessarily need these tips to get satisfying results. However, we want to help you attain your full potential and the following means are just more tools to help you gain maximum control.

1-Apply a cold compress on the testicles about one minute before the encounter.  This may seem strange, but you must know that if testicular temperature is lower than penis temperature, you will have more control.  A difference of only one degree gains you 2 to 3 minutes more before ejaculating.

2-Apply a warm compress on the tip of the penis for 10 seconds before spraying Colt.  Use Colt as directed.

3- All our lives we have been breathing through our thorax and tucking in our belly. This practice is essentially aesthetic, and damaging to the body.  To decrease stress and gain better control of your body, it is better to breathe through the belly, then through the diaphragm (the muscle just underneath the ribs), through the thorax and then to let it out first by the thorax, then the diaphragm, and then the belly.

NOTE: This way of breathing is the way we should always breathe.  It is not only good to help control ejaculation, it also helps your general health.

4- Tone up your genitals with a simple exercise: contract your penis as if you were trying to keep from urinating.  Combine this exercise with the previous breathing exercise for best results. Contract when you inhale, relax when you exhale. Doing this exercise regularly will give you better control of your ejaculation.

5- While doing exercises 3 and 4 lying down, lift your pelvis when you start  exhaling and set it down when you stop exhaling.

6-Alternate between a constant motion and a circular motion of penetration. This will prevent an over-excitement of the tip of the penis which prompts ejaculation.

7-Simply slow down your rhythm.

8- Breathe deeply and regularly.  It decreases anticipation and anxiety.

9- The whole body is part of the sexual experience. Do not put too much attention on the penis. Feel and be aware of all the other sensations your body is subject to. This will alleviate pressure and enable you to enjoy a longer and more satisfying sexual encounter.

10- With two fingers, put pressure at the base of the penis, in front and back, for a few seconds.

11- Moving your pelvic muscle helps control ejaculation tremendously. You can even do it during the relation: just pretend you are keeping yourself from urinating.

12- As you feel your ejaculation coming, penetrate less deeply and slow down a little before resuming your rhythm.

13- To place the tip of your tongue against your palate helps greatly.

16- Try to find out how your lady likes to be stimulated.  Thinking of your partner will help you reduce your performance expectations.

17- Taking a bath or a shower relaxes the body and induces sexual arousal. You need to be relaxed if you want a longer, more satisfying relation.
